Shipping Methodes

 

You can receive your order in three different ways:

 

Pick up

 

Your order will be ready for pick up at our location. You can choose for assembled or unassembled pickup.

 

Shipment (assembled or unassembled)

 

Your order will be delivered at the given location in a professional way, assembled or unassembled.

 

Installation

 

Your order will be shipped, assembled and installed at the specific location (at any floor). We take care of the disposal of all packaging materials. All products from your order will be installed, except products that have to be installed on ceilings or walls. Lights and electric components are also excluded from installation. This means we do not install lights or connect them to the electricity network.

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs depend on the type of products you order. There are three types of products:

 

Small products:chairs, stools, lighting, small side tables and accessories

 

Medium products: office chairs, armchairs, benches, rugs and coffee tables

 

Large products: desks, tables, sofas, cabinets, micro architecture, room dividers and lounge chairs including ottoman

 

Your shipping costs are set, depending on the type of product(s) you ordered. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs per product. Does your order consist of multiple products? Then the shipping costs per product will be added together until the maximum shipping cost has been reached. Prices in the overview below are both exclusive and include 21% VAT.

Workbrands delivers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you would like your order to be delivered in another country, EU or non-EU (such as Switzerland), please request a quote.

The shipping costs mentioned in the quote cover the costs for transportation. Additional costs for non-EU countries such as customs clearance charges (including VAT, import duties and administrative costs) are separately charged by your local tax authority. For more information about customs clearance costs, please contact your local tax authority. 

 

Example 1

Your order exists of 6 chairs and 1 coffee table and will be delivered in the Netherlands. The shipping costs will be:

6 x € 9,00 = € 54,00

1 x € 18,00 = € 18,00 +

€ 72,00 (€ 87,12 incl. VAT)

 

Example 2

Your order exists of 15 office chairs and will be delivered in the Netherlands. The shipping costs will be the maximum shipping costs per order, which are € 135,00 (€ 163,35 incl. VAT).

 

 

Delivery time

 

Delivery time depends on shipping method (pick up, delivery or installation) and whether your order is in stock and if your order is paid (except for payment after delivery). If your order is in stock, delivery times are as in the table below:

* For shipment or installation of large products or a large number of products the delivery time may be longer. Please contact our customer service for extra information.

 

If the ordered items are out of stock, the above delivery time will be valid from the moment your ordered product has arrived in the Workbrands warehouse. The delivery time of a product that is not in stock is about 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. If you want to know the exact delivery time of a product or your complete order, customer service can help you.

Return policy
Purchases may be returned free of charge for private customers within 14 days of receipt of the order. You can only return products if you keep the original packaging. Please advise in writing or by e-mail which product you wish to return. From that moment on you have 14 days to return the product or it is collected within that time by Workbrands if arranged. Workbrands will reimburse the amount of the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. If you are a business, we will offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we will find a solution for you if your not happy, for example changing a product.
Payment

Payment to Workbrands is safe, and can be arranged using various methods from anywhere in Europe. Most orders require payment before we can process and ship your products. However, there are two exceptions: customers in the Netherlands also have the option to pay by PIN upon delivery or pick-up. Additionally, corporate customers have the option to pay on credit.

Buckaroo

Buckaroo is the fastest payment method to process your order. You can pay via Buckaroo in the following ways:

Bank transfer

You can pay for your order with a bank transfer. Attention: we can only process your order after receiving payment. When you transfer money with a Dutch bank, this usually takes one day. Money transfers from banks based outside of the Netherlands usually take 3-4 days. Make out your payment to account number NL19ABNA0493082743 in the name of Workbrands BV, indicating the number of your order. For orders from outside of the Netherlands, please also mention the BIC: ABNANL2A.

 

Payment on credit

Corporate customers have the option to pay on credit. This applies to orders between € 250 and € 250.000 including VAT. After placement of your order, we will check your creditworthiness to see whether you are eligible for payment on credit with an Euler Hermes insurance. If you are not eligible, you will have to pay in advance. We can only process and ship your order after this check. If you are eligible for payment on credit, your payment must be received 30 days after shipment of your order.

Warranty

The standard factory warranty applies to new products as well as to products from our outlet. The warranty always varies per product and brand. Please refer to the manufacturer's website for details on the warranty. We offer a full warranty of five years on products from our Refurbished Collection.

Are you unhappy with your purchase, or do you believe the product is faulty? Please contact us via telephone or email. Mention your order number and describe your question or complaint.We will get back to you within two working days and will immediately find a solution with you, even if the official warranty has expired.


Are you unhappy about the handling of your complaint? You can submit it with the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Complaints Boards by using the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).


Purchases may be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please advise in writing or by e-mail which product you wish to return.
