Workbrands Privacy Policy

Our website processes privacy-sensitive or personal data. Workbrands considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Therefore, personal details are processed and secured by us with care.

When you use our website we obtain certain data from you. These could be personal data. We store and use only those personal data that you provide directly in the context of a service requested by you or that are clearly provided to us for the purpose of being processed.

We offer a chat option for contacting us via the website. If you start a chat or leave a message via the chat form, you can be asked to fill in certain details. This data is saved for as long as it is necessary to answer and process your question.

We offer a newsletter in which we want to inform interested people about our products and services. Every newsletter contains a link by which you can unsubscribe. Your email address is, with your explicit permission, added to the list of subscribers, unless a transaction has occurred on our website: this is seen as implicit permission.

If our service requires it, we can collect your location data (GPS). At that moment, your permission will be requested for this. This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by, for example, Google or Apple itself.
